We are the official Agent for Jiangsu Huayu Printing & Coating Equipment.

The model HYP45B printing press was introduced to the market in 2012 and is available in 1-6 colours, conventional or UV formats.

The machine is capable of producing high quality solid and half tone work at speeds up to 5,000 SPH and it comprises of the following:

Sheet feeder with manual connection to 1st printing unit
Each press unit has level infeeds with double pusher and sidelay arrangement, no tools are required for sheet setting change
Sheet thickness adjustment is by manual handwheel from the operator side of the machine with LED display
Synchronisation between press units is via separate independent drives
DELTA Alcohol damping system
Quick release plate and blanket cylinders
Semi automatic inker washup
Touch screen controls for equipment operation and troubleshooting
PLC controls
CE marking
