Coating

We are the official agent for Jiangsu Huayu Printing & Coating Equipment.

The C45 Coating machine is available in either Free standing or in line models.

The coater is a front registration type.

The sheet feeder is equipped with a 2 sheet detector and optional dust removal rollers.

Forwarding arrestor dogs slow the sheet down onto the single central pusher which then pushes the sheet forward into the gripper drum.

Side registration is via a 2 point fixed datum.

Coating material is applied by a conventional 3 roller head unit, alternative Anilox systems can be installed as an option.

The scraping system utilises a Chilled Cast Iron roller for hard working life as well as a double scraping  blade system.
